At HealthLink Europe, I work in an open and friendly environment where colleagues genuinely care about each other and teamwork comes naturally. The mix of different cultures makes the work even more interesting and strengthens us as a team. My journey began as a Customer Care Specialist, where the direct contact with customers gave me a lot of energy. Two years later, I moved into Business Solutions, where I had the opportunity to lead and coach a team. I have since returned to Customer Care as a Supervisor, a role that offers plenty of variety and challenge, with a strong focus on finding solutions together with my team.
Base Logistics Group actively encourages growth. Through training programs, workshops, and the trust to take initiative, I have the freedom to shape my own career path. After earning my degree in Business Economics, I started my career at SLS as a Finance Agent. I have now been with the company for several years and still enjoy my work every day. The Engineering team is the knowledge base for all departments. We are involved in customer onboarding as well as follow up setups when our customer is ready to expand processes. The understanding of how all processes connect on a high level as well as the actual details, is what makes the solutions team an important support department.
When joining the team 4 years ago I started with standard implementations. About 1.5 years in I was able to extend my knowledge into the system integration side as well. This was initially not in my scope but I was glad to take the learning opportunity and expand. I enjoy the diverse customer base Base Logistics Group has. After having studied logistics, it is interesting to get to know a 3PL who deals with spare parts and high tech but also the medical field. As a professional it gives a broad opportunity to handle diversity customer demand.

After that, I became a Supervisor, and since 2023 I have been working as Customer Care Manager.
