- Gross monthly salary between €3,636 and €5,092 based on full-time employment.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (max. 30 km one way).

What you will do
In this role, you develop and implement solutions that strengthen our customer service and make it scalable for the future. From the first customer contact onward, you are involved in process design, translating requirements into system capabilities, and aligning with our Premium Logistics standards.
You work closely with Sales, IT, and Operations to design efficient customer processes and ensure smooth implementations. You identify improvement opportunities, support your decisions with data, and safeguard alignment between processes across different entities. This means you directly contribute to a consistent, reliable, and high-quality customer experience across the Base Logistics Group.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leiden van implementatieprojecten en procesoptimalisaties.
- Coördineren van de volledige implementatiecyclus van intake tot overdracht.
- Vertalen van klantbehoeften naar uitvoerbare en schaalbare oplossingen.
- Opstellen van projectplannen, prioriteiten bepalen en verwachtingen afstemmen.
- Signaleren van risico’s en knelpunten en tijdig bijsturen.
- Intensief samenwerken met Sales, Operations, IT en andere teams.
- Analyseren van resultaten en initiëren van verbeteringen.
- Opstellen en beheren van het jaarplan voor Solutions Engineering.
- Coachend leidinggeven aan het team (1 Productmanager Engineering en 12 Solutions Engineers).
What you bring
You think critically, communicate clearly, and can simplify complex challenges into manageable steps. Customers and colleagues see you as a sparring partner who substantiates decisions with data and expertise.
- A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or industrial engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in an engineering role within logistics (e.g., Logistics Engineer or Sales Engineer).
- Experience in implementing customer-focused processes and projects.
- Knowledge of WMS and TMS systems (preferred).
- Affinity with IT solutions and system integrations.
- Excellent command of English. Dutch is a nice to have.
