How you make an impact

Within our Healthcare Logistics product group, you work with products that are essential to patient care. You support customers in the French language, ensuring there is no language barrier as you assist them with medical devices, human tissue, and critical healthcare equipment. Your accuracy, communication skills and ability to maintain oversight ensure a smooth process from order intake to final invoicing, giving customers complete peace of mind.

  • A salary between €2,870 and €4,012 gross per month, depending on experience.
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre (max. 30 km one way).

What you will do

As part of Customer Care team, you ensure that all logistics processes for our customers are handled accurately. From order processing to invoicing, and from shipments to inventory management. You take ownership. You collaborate closely with several departments within HealthLink and maintain direct contact with customers and end users, mostly in French or English. You keep an overview of all activities and make sure all stakeholders are well-informed.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing export orders from multiple storage locations.
  • Processing order-related administrative documents.
  • Actively tracking and monitoring outgoing shipments.
  • Managing inventory and processing inbound orders.
  • Monitoring progress and providing proactive updates to customers.

What you bring

You have at least two years of experience in a similar, customer-focused role. Equally important are your motivation, eagerness to learn and strong sense of responsibility. You thrive in an environment where quality comes first, and you naturally enjoy helping customers in the best possible way.

You also bring:

  • A bachelor-level work and thinking mindset, gained through education or experience.
  • Excellent command of the French and English languague; additional languages are welcome.
  • A customer-oriented, accurate and proactive approach.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to switch quickly between tasks.
