- Gross monthly salary between €3,738 and €5,234 based on full-time employment.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (max. 30 km one way).

What you will do
As a Business Solutions Engineer, you develop and implement solutions that strengthen our customer service and make it scalable for the future. From the first customer contact onward, you are involved in process design, translating requirements into system capabilities, and aligning with our Premium Logistics standards.
You work closely with Sales, IT, and Operations to design efficient customer processes and ensure smooth implementations. You identify improvement opportunities, support your decisions with data, and safeguard alignment between processes across different entities. This means you directly contribute to a consistent, reliable, and high-quality customer experience across HealthLink.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading implementation projects and process optimizations.
- Coordinating the full implementation cycle from intake to handover.
- Translating customer needs into actionable and scalable solutions.
- Creating project plans, setting priorities, and aligning expectations.
- Identifying risks and bottlenecks and taking timely corrective action.
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, IT, and other teams.
What you Bring
You think critically, communicate clearly, and can simplify complex challenges into manageable steps. You are not afraid to ask in-depth questions, you engage others in your ideas, and you bring structure to a dynamic environment. Customers and colleagues see you as a sparring partner who substantiates decisions with data and expertise.
- A completed bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or industrial engineering or similar trough experience.
- A few years experience in een engineering or Client implementation position or something similar.
- Experience in implementing customer-focused processes and projects.
- Knowledge of WMS and TMS systems (preferred).
- Affinity with IT solutions and system integrations.
- Excellent command of English. Dutch is a nice to have.
