  • A salary between €3,101 and €4,342 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience.
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (max. 30 km one way).

What you will do

As a Senior Customer Care Specialist, you are the operational point of contact for your colleagues. You support and motivate the team in their daily work and ensure we meet the quality standards required in our field. You coordinate inventory management, ensure timely and accurate deliveries, and act as the escalation point for complex customer questions. In addition, you investigate stock discrepancies, process stock adjustments, create reliable reports, and take initiative in process optimization, operational meetings, and the handling and follow-up of CAPAs and complaints.

Your key responsibilties:

  • Monitoring and following up on customer-specific requirements according to agreed SOPs.
  • Managing inventory and coordinating timely deliveries.
  • Checking stock discrepancies and performing stock adjustments.
  • Collecting and consolidating reports for management purposes.
  • Ensuring accurate time registration.
  • Identifying opportunities to optimize our services.
  • Initiating, preparing, and participating in operational calls.
  • Registering and processing CAPAs and complaints in collaboration with TL, QA & AM.

What you bring

To be successful in this role, you have at least three years of experience in a Customer Care position within a quality-driven organization. Experience in medical logistics and with order-to-cash processes is a strong plus. You communicate clearly and professionally, are able to quickly analyze complex issues and translate them into practical solutions. You are also able to prioritize effectively and maintain oversight, both in your own work and in collaboration with colleagues.

Additionally, you have:

  • Bachelor’s level of working and thinking, through education or relevant experience
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus. Dutch is not required
  • Customer-focused, accurate, and proactive by nature
  • Strong communication skills and able to switch quickly between topics
