As a Warehouse Trainer, you ensure that colleagues consistently work according to the right standards, processes, and work instructions. You are the driving force behind knowledge transfer on the shop floor and contribute to a stable, predictable, and high-quality operation. By observing how work is carried out, coaching colleagues, and providing clear guidance, you prevent mistakes and reduce deviations in processes. You understand how the operation works end-to-end and translate this into practical and understandable instructions for others. In this way, you contribute directly to quality, efficiency, and continuity within the warehouse.

  • A gross full-time monthly salary between €2,446 and €3,171 depending on experience.
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (up to 30 km one way).
  • 27 vacation days, with the option to purchase up to 10 additional days (based on full-time employment).

What you will do

As a Warehouse Trainer, the focus is on guiding, coaching, and training both new and experienced colleagues. You ensure that everyone understands how processes should be executed and why. You take ownership of developing and improving training materials and work instructions, translating operational processes into clear and practical training content. Training sessions are delivered by you, with a strong focus on consistent knowledge transfer across the team. In addition, you are responsible for the administrative side of training, including tracking progress and ensuring training records are complete and up to date.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Delivering on-the-job training to new and existing employees.
  • Train colleagues when systems or processes change.
  • Supporting buddies and acting as the training point of contact.
  • Identifying knowledge and skills gaps and aligning the training needs.
  • Creating of learning materials.
  • Tracking and administering training activities.
  • Monitoring adherence to work instructions and quality standards.

What you bring

We are looking for a colleague who enjoys working with people and takes ownership of developing others. You are approachable, visible on the floor, and naturally guide and support colleagues in their day-to-day work. You get energy from helping others improve and feel comfortable addressing colleagues when needed. You are confident in front of a group and able to clearly explain things in a way that others understand and apply in practice. In addition, we ask:

  • Strong communication skills in Dutch or English, with English being the priority.
  • A structured and meticulous working style, with a willingness to take responsibility.
  • Comfortable delivering training sessions to groups.
  • A proactive attitude in identifying and improving knowledge gaps within the team.
